Account deletion

Eurylie is not publicly released, so there are no public accounts yet.

If you have a test account

Email support from the address linked to your account and ask for it to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before acting on the request.

Please never email passwords, access tokens, payment details or full private conversations. We will not ask for them.

After release

An in-app deletion option is being built. Before release, this page will explain exactly where to find it, how we verify requests, what is deleted, what may have to be retained, and how long it takes. We are not stating those details until they are final.
